ENTRY LEVEL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
CSS Power is seeking a charismatic, technical individual to join our sales team. This is a unique opportunity for an entry level salesperson and offers unlimited earning potential. The primary responsibility of the Entry Level Sales Representative will be to generate leads from new accounts while gradualy building and managing a robust book of business. This will mostly be achieved through outbound calling to new and existing customers while becoming an expert in CSS Power’s products & services.

The primary responsibility of the National Account Manager will be to manage and grow existing accounts from the Verona, WI office while bringing an established book of business to CSS Power. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Work independently but under the general direction of Superintendant or Project Manager.
Assemble and install electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
Provide leadership and direction for day-to-day project operations and administrative activities for team.
Ensure assigned construction operations and subcontractors performance are in compliance with relevant codes, specifications and within schedules and budgets.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Hold current state issued electrician's license with a Journeyman or Master level.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to communicate effectively with management and other team members.
Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
PHYSICAL/SENSORY DEMANDS
Ability to work under a variety of conditions and circumstances as necessary.
Work with all required PPE including safety glasses, hard hat, gloves and Arc Flash gear as necessary.
Work from ladders, scaffolds, mechanical lifts, and roofs to install electrical components using a variety of hand and power tools without the fear of heights.
Perform physically demanding tasks, including but not limited to digging trenches, moving and lifting heavy objects and equipment as needed.
